We're a family-run dealership with a growing service department, looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, motivated, and serious about building a career in the automotive industry.

You don't need dealership experience, ASE certifications, or years of experience working in a shop.

If you have the right attitude and work ethic, we can teach you the rest.

PAY & BONUS OPPORTUNITIES

Starting Pay: $18 per hour PLUS Performance Bonuses

We believe hard work, productivity, and improvement should be rewarded.

In addition to your hourly pay, you'll have opportunities to earn extra money through our bonus program.

$5 MPI / Upsell Bonus

Earn $5 for every legitimate repair or service recommendation you identify during a vehicle inspection that gets approved by the customer.

You earn the bonus even if another technician performs the repair!

For example, if you identify a needed air filter, brake service, and coolant service, and the customer approves all three, that's an extra $15 in bonus pay.

$100 Weekly Productivity Bonus

As your skills improve and you become more productive, you can earn an additional $100 weekly bonus when you produce 30 billed hours in a workweek.

Example Weekly Earnings:

• 40 hours at $18/hr = $720

• 10 approved MPI recommendations = $50

• 30 billed hours = $100 productivity bonus

$18 an hour is where you start, not where we expect you to finish.

WE WANT TO TRAIN THE NEXT MASTER TECHNICIAN

We're not hiring someone just to change oil and rotate tires for the rest of their career.

Our goal is to take someone with little or no experience and develop them into a highly skilled automotive technician, with the potential to eventually become a Master Technician.

You'll start by learning the basics, but that's just the beginning.

As you improve, we want to help you develop skills in:

• Engine and transmission repairs

• Electrical systems and troubleshooting

• Advanced vehicle diagnostics

• Drivability and performance concerns

• Professional diagnostic tools and equipment

• More complex mechanical repairs

• Mitsubishi factory certifications and Master Technician qualifications

We want you to eventually become the technician who can diagnose and repair the difficult problems that other people can't figure out.

Our goal isn't for you to stay entry level. We want to help you become the technician that other technicians go to for help.

We're willing to invest our time, training, tools, and resources into helping you reach that level.

But becoming a great technician takes dedication, consistency, and a willingness to keep learning.

The more you learn, the more valuable you become, and the more money you have the potential to make.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll start by learning the fundamentals and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills improve.

• Performing oil changes and routine maintenance

• Tire rotations and basic vehicle services

• Completing thorough vehicle inspections (MPIs)

• Identifying and documenting needed repairs

• Learning proper diagnostic procedures

• Assisting experienced technicians with repairs

• Keeping your work area clean and organized

• Participating in Mitsubishi factory training

• Advancing into more complicated repairs and diagnostics as your skills develop

We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We expect you to show up ready to learn something new every day.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience isn't the most important thing to us. Your attitude and work ethic are.

We're looking for someone who:

• Shows up on time, every day, ready to work

• Is dependable and takes attendance seriously

• Has a genuine interest in cars and mechanical work

• Is mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands

• Wants to learn and improve

• Can follow instructions and accept constructive feedback

• Takes pride in doing things correctly

• Stays productive and looks for opportunities to help

• Has a positive attitude and works well with others

• Has a valid driver's license and good driving record

• Wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry

Previous shop experience, automotive school, ASE certifications, or experience working on your own vehicles are all a plus, but none are required.
