Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our IT Sr Software Engineer, you will be a technical leader and innovator, pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable software solutions that drive our digital transformation.Every day, you will lead complex software projects from concept to deployment, ensuring architectural integrity and coding standards. You'll architect solutions, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot intricate technical challenges, collaborating to translate business requirements into efficient applications.To be successful in this role, you will possess deep expertise in multiple technologies, a proven track record in delivering enterprise software, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and innovation skills to achieve technical excellence.
- Business Process Analysis & Solution Design: Analyzes complex business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and technology-enabled improvements; develops technical specifications and solution designs.
- Software Development & DevOps: Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports end-to-end solutions using technologies such as .NET, Java, C#, Python, Angular, Spring, and scripting languages.
- Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Leads and participates in Agile ceremonies while partnering with business analysts, product owners, Scrum Masters, QA teams, and other stakeholders to successfully deliver technical solutions.
- Data, BI & Analytics: Leverages SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, Tableau, and Blackbaud CRM/Infinity SDK to analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and support informed business and technical decisions.
- Quality, Security & Production Support: Performs comprehensive testing, debugging, deployment, and production troubleshooting while ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant with organizational and industry standards.
- Technical Leadership, Documentation & Mentorship: Creates technical documentation, diagrams, workflows, and code documentation; communicates complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and provides training and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a senior-level Healthcare environment.
- 5+ years of experience working in IT as a Software Engineer or equivalent software development role is required.
- Backend & Technical Skills: Strong Java development skills (mandatory), deep understanding of Java Content Repository (JCR), OSGi framework, and Sling.
- AEP Core Proficiency: Experience creating data acquisition solutions through WebSDK, RT-CDP and CJA configurations. Firm foundation in applying data governance to CJA delivery capabilities. Previous implementations of Adobe Analytics workspaces.
- DevOps & Tools: Experience with version control systems (Git), Maven, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Integration & APIs: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Adobe Experience Cloud (Target, Analytics), and headless AEM implementation.
- Preferred Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - AEM Sites Developer.
