About Carhartt WIP
Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past three decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds them, and the values that define our daily work in Berlin.
Your Responsibilities
Creating engaging, original copy that aligns with our tone of voice.
Writing weekly newsletters.
Creating seasonal product descriptions.
Updating onsite copy (homepage, SEO and category pages).
Creating social media captions across global and local accounts.
Your Profile
Strong interest in fashion, editorial, and contemporary culture, with a solid understanding of the Carhartt WIP consumer.
A degree in English Language and/or Literature, Journalism, or a comparable qualification.
Relevant professional experience as a copywriter, including internships.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, proactive attitude and openness to feedback.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
