What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

• Translate strategic briefs into strong, insight-driven creative platforms that meet brand and business objectives
• Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, milestones, and outputs to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery
• Oversee and direct creative agencies, production partners, and internal studios, providing clear guidance and feedback
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners to drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Act as a key creative decision-maker, reviewing and approving work across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and content channels
• Uphold high standards of storytelling, craft, and execution while balancing timelines, budgets, and channel requirements
• Lead the localisation and adaptation of global campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining core brand integrity
• Partner with regional and local teams to optimise creative outputs for different audiences and platforms
• Act as guardian of brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and maintaining brand guidelines and frameworks
• Educate internal stakeholders and partners on brand principles and best practice

• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
• Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
