We are seeking a weekend overnight Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) - Vigil Sitter to work 8pm-8am. Must work both Saturday & Sunday. If seeking full-time, can work Fridays and/or Mondays. Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Available!

The Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) works under the direction of the Nursing Leadership Team to provide compassionate care to assigned hospice patients in accordance with their assessments and individualized care plans. The CNA/HHA Collaborates with the hospice care team to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity, and report changes in condition. The CNA/HHA follows all Company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices.
Qualifications
- Compassionate and committed to improving patients’ quality of life
- Ability to work collaboratively with Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Aide Leadership
- Comfortable working one-on-one with patients while being supported by a dedicated care team
- Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
- Willingness to travel with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Current CNA certification in the state(s) of practice
- Current HHA certification in the state(s) of practice
- Eagerness to pursue additional certifications, education, and career growth opportunities
