As a Clinical Trials Assistant (CTA I OR CTA II), you'll support clinical studies by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating study activities, and helping ensure projects stay compliant and on track. Working closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Regulatory teams, you'll gain valuable exposure to the clinical research process while contributing to meaningful healthcare innovation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Trial Master Files (TMF) and study documentation
- Support document preparation, filing, tracking, and archiving
- Review study files for completeness and compliance
- Coordinate clinical trial supplies and tracking records
- Assist with CRF tracking, study queries, and data workflows
- Act as a key contact for project communications and documentation
What You'll Bring
- Passion for clinical research and healthcare
- Science degree preferred
- Previous administrative, coordination, or healthcare-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
