Sales Representative - Birmingham

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join the team of a very reputable diagnostic laboratory company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales and building relationships, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans for a defined territory
• Call on urologists, pathologists, laboratory personnel, and C-suite employees to create demand for products.
• Drive new business, grow business in current accounts, and maintain customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets established by the management team.
• Manage multiple states within a territory, working closely with the MD's assigned to that territory.
• Evaluate targets and implement appropriate strategic sales techniques and business solutions to increase overall sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably urology diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• MUST HAVE: strong urology connections.

Territory:

• Birmingham to Panama City
• 50-60% travel
