What you will have an opportunity to do:

As the Activities Manager at Naples Grande Beach Resort, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver exceptional recreational and leisure experiences that define our guest stay. From beachside programming to poolside activities and resort-wide events, you will play a key role in creating memorable moments for guests of all ages.

You will be part of an exciting transformation as the resort undergoes a comprehensive renovation, giving you the chance to elevate and reimagine the activities program as part of the “new” Naples Grande. Working in a dynamic, guest-focused environment, you will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance the overall resort experience while bringing energy, creativity, and innovation to every interaction.

Your Role:

• Lead and oversee daily recreation and activities operations across the resort, including beach and pool areas
• Plan, coordinate, and host engaging activities and events for guests of all ages
• Ensure all guest interactions meet or exceed resort service standards
• Train, coach, and develop the Activities team to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and team accountability
• Monitor and ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall condition of all recreation areas
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Optimize guest flow and engagement across activity spaces
• Manage inventory of recreational equipment and supplies
• Continuously evaluate and enhance programming to align with guest needs and resort standards
• Work collaboratively with all Recreation departments and serve as a cross-functional leader, stepping in to support or oversee other departments when their respective Manager is unavailable

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an energetic and service-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of resort or recreational operations and a proven ability to create and execute engaging programs for a diverse audience.

Candidates should be confident, outgoing, and comfortable leading group activities, with a natural ability to connect with guests and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is critical.

Management experience in resort recreation, beach or pool operations, or hospitality programming is preferred.
