Description
Pharmacy Technician – Compliance Packaging
Bravo Pharmacy | Watertown, MA | Full-time | In person
Small details. A big difference in someone’s day.
Our patients depend on their medication packs every day. Behind each pack is a technician who pays attention, follows through, and keeps the process moving.
We’re looking for someone who notices when something doesn’t line up and speaks up. Someone who enjoys working with technology, keeps things organized, and is willing to step in when a teammate needs help.
Bravo is a growing, independent, closed-door pharmacy serving patients with complex medication needs through medication coordination, compliance packaging, and delivery. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day production of our blister-pack program, working closely with our pharmacists and technicians.
What you’ll do
Prepare and submit medication administration records (MARs) at the start of the packaging process.
Review and track medication changes, coordinating with the pharmacist to ensure they are reflected correctly in packaging.
Operate our automated blister-packaging robot.
Perform routine robot maintenance and help troubleshoot issues.
Keep packaging tasks organized and communicate promptly about discrepancies or delays.
Assist with general pharmacy technician duties and support the team as needed.
The person we’re looking for
You take pride in accurate, dependable work. You think ahead, ask questions when something is unclear, and follow tasks through to completion.
You’re comfortable with computers and willing to learn new equipment and software. You look for practical ways to improve the process and work well with others when priorities change.
What you’ll bring
At least two years of pharmacy technician experience.
Compliance or blister-packaging experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Comfort using computers and pharmacy software.
A dependable, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
Experience with pharmacy automation or packaging robots is a plus.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Availability during our operating hours of 9 a.m.–6 p.m. is required.
Compensation and benefits
$23–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
Performance-based bonus.
Health insurance available.
401(k) with company matching.
Paid time off.
Employee discount.
