What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a high-energy retention lead to join our team in our growing inbound customer service center. In this role, your energy and enthusiasm can directly impact your paycheck! We provide the training you need to succeed. 

Pay: $16/hr 

What Your Day Might Look Like

Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

• Train new representatives for the Retention Team
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to representatives on customer retention
• Take escalated calls to help resolve customer issues from customers wanting to cancel services
• Help your team complete their tasks
• Review save opportunities and performance with team members
• Meet with leadership to provide feedback and methods of improving current systems
• Communicate with department leadership to find customer resolutions 
• Review calls from your downlines to provide feedback and coaching
• Lead mini-camps with weekly focus goals
• Check & respond to emails
• Analyze and evaluate metrics to enhance systems for team members

Requirements

 What You Bring to the Table

• Sales background preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Full-time availability and commitment
• Long-term interest in growing with Alta — not a stepping stone role
• Genuine passion for helping and serving others
• Strong customer service and or sales mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, consistent, and shows up ready to lead by example
• Comfortable handling both team support and customer-facing issues
• Positive attitude that sets the tone for the Retention Customer Service Team
• Willingness to take ownership and grow into more responsibility over time
