Role summary:The (USA) Store Manager - Supercenter leads facility operations by developing and executing strategic plans aligned with company goals. This role directs management and associates to ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance. The manager fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance while addressing workforce challenges through recruitment, training, and development. Serving as a community representative, the manager builds partnerships and drives engagement. This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex environments to achieve business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.

What you'll do:
- Develop and communicate a strategic vision aligned with company and local market plans to guide store operations and merchandising.
- Lead, mentor, and develop management and hourly associates, fostering engagement and addressing workforce challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and asset protection through proactive oversight and corrective action.
- Drive financial performance by managing sales, expenses, budgets, and forecasting based on economic and community trends.
- Champion customer service excellence, resolving issues and maintaining high standards across all store levels.
- Represent the company in community outreach and media engagements, promoting corporate programs and initiatives.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and a culture of continuous learning and integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination; OR 4 years
