A Day in the Life

The Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business provides advanced monitoring technologies and clinical solutions that support patient care in perioperative, emergency, and intensive care settings. The portfolio includes products and services designed to help clinicians make informed decisions, improve patient outcomes, and enhance workflow efficiency across critical care environments.
This role is responsible for driving commercial growth and customer engagement across an assigned territory in Finland, with a primary focus on hospitals and healthcare institutions. The position is field-based and requires regular travel within the territory, with candidates preferably located in the Helsinki area to support customer coverage and account management activities.

As a Territory Manager, you will drive sales performance and market development activities for the Acute Care & Monitoring portfolio within an assigned territory. You will partner with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and hospital stakeholders to identify clinical and commercial opportunities, deliver product education, and support the adoption of solutions that improve patient care.


Primary Responsibilities

·       Achieve or exceed territory sales targets through effective account planning and opportunity management.

·       Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, key opinion leaders, and other healthcare stakeholders.

·       Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product and service solutions aligned with clinical requirements.

·       Deliver product demonstrations, training, and clinical education programs to support product adoption and utilization.

·       Execute territory business plans and market development strategies to expand market share and customer engagement.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and business risks.

·       Collaborate with Marketing, Research & Development, and other cross-functional teams to communicate customer insights and support product improvements.

·       Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and territory activities in accordance with company processes and compliance requirements.


Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent and medical device, healthcare, or clinical sales experience.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a hospital or healthcare environment.

·       Fluent Finnish and English language skills, written and verbal.

·       Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

·       Ability to reside within the territory.


Preferred Qualifications

·       Clinical background in Nursing or another healthcare profession.

·       Experience selling to operating rooms, emergency departments, intensive care units, or critical care environments.

·       Established network within the Norwegian healthcare sector.

·       Experience leading stakeholder engagement with key opinion leaders, advisory boards, or clinical societies.

·       Experience in territory planning, business development, and market expansion activities.
