## What you’ll do:
## Role Purpose
Ensure customer satisfaction and quality through effective resolution of customer quality issues and continuous improvement of quality performance. Ensure customer requirements are captured, defined, and followed throughout projects. Lead quality improvement and prevention initiatives while managing a team of Customer Quality Engineers.
## Key Responsibilities
### Lead Customer Quality, Team Leadership and Quality Performance
- Lead customer quality activities across the CPS business unit from FWT through installation and serial life.
- Deliver quality objectives related to problem solving, problem prevention, customer satisfaction, and overall quality performance.
- Monitor quality levels achieved in projects after FWT.
- Lead, develop, coach, and mentor a team of Quality Engineers, acting as a role model and fostering a strong quality culture.
- Support the application of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, A3, Six Sigma, auditing, and continuous improvement.
### Drive Business and Process Development
- Support business growth through quality capacity expansion.
- Develop and improve key quality processes, including problem solving, information flow, and quality systems.
- Lead process assessments, share best practices, and drive lessons learned across teams and regions.
- Mentor project teams on quality tools and methods to strengthen offer robustness and customer satisfaction.
### Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Problem Resolution
- Build strong relationships with customers, sales offices, technical support teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in customer and supplier audits, customer visits, FAT, FAI, and FWT activities as required.
- Ensure the voice of the customer and quality requirements are understood and followed throughout the organization.
- Take ownership of customer issue resolution based on issue type, customer topology, and commercial context, leading root cause investigations, cross-functional problem-solving activities, corrective actions, and customer communication.
- Conduct and oversee internal, customer-site, and supplier analyses, and communicate findings and action plans through quality reports.
- Support project goals related to quality, cost, lead time, customer satisfaction, and zero safety-related issues.
### Drive Preventive Quality
- Address root causes to prevent recurring issues and improve long-term quality performance.
- Capture and apply lessons learned to continuously strengthen quality culture and prevention practices.
## Key Stakeholders
Customers, Country Sales Offices, Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing Plants, and Suppliers.
## Key KPIs
Customer satisfaction, response lead time, report quality, failure rates, warranty rates, and CONC.
## Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Extensive professional experience, including more than 10 years in relevant engineering and quality-related environments.
## Skills:
- Strong people leadership and team development capabilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and advocacy.
- Expertise in Customer Quality and electrical product engineering.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across customers, sales organizations, management, and international teams.Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
