We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. This position is an important part of our day-to-day operations and is often the first point of contact for patients, families, healthcare providers, and facility staff.
Our office is fast-paced, and priorities can change throughout the day. The right person will be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing what needs attention first, staying organized, and following through on tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate with patients, families, healthcare providers, facilities, field staff, and internal team members.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments and patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient information and electronic health records (EHR).
- Pull daily reports and ensure necessary information is sent to facilities and providers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, and other correspondence.
- Prioritize multiple requests and tasks throughout the day, recognizing what requires immediate attention.
- Follow up on outstanding items and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy requirements.
- Assist with general administrative and front-office responsibilities as needed.
