Role Overview
Anticipated responsibilities include:
- Support daily behavioral health nursing operations and patient care coordination.
- Guide nursing staff in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing.
- At least two years of behavioral health experience in an Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, or Nurse Manager role.
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or an applicable multistate RN license permitting practice in Florida.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 30 days of employment.
- Completion of the required fingerprinting process.
