We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and understands how cleanliness and attention to detail can make a lasting impression on our guests.

As a Room Attendant, you'll be responsible for cleaning and preparing assigned guest rooms according to the hotel's established standards while responding to guest needs and supporting the Housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you'll help create a comfortable and memorable stay by ensuring every assigned guest room is clean, refreshed, properly stocked, and ready to welcome our guests.

Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms according to established hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Change bed linens in checkout rooms and refresh linens in stayover rooms according to established procedures and guest preferences.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest bathrooms and replace used supplies and amenities as directed.
• Dust, vacuum, and clean assigned guest rooms, paying close attention to details throughout the room.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, refreshed, and ready to meet established company and hotel standards.

Guest Room Supplies & Amenities

• Restock guest room supplies, linens, and amenities according to established standards.
• Ensure supplies and amenities are properly placed and available for arriving and stayover guests.
• Maintain appropriate supplies needed to efficiently complete assigned rooms throughout the shift.
• Help ensure every guest room feels clean, comfortable, organized, and welcoming.

Guest Service & Hospitality

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service when interacting with guests.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests and help accommodate guest needs whenever possible.
• Communicate guest requests, room concerns, or maintenance needs to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Respect guest privacy and personal belongings while working in occupied and stayover rooms.

Housekeeping Organization & Teamwork

• Maintain linen rooms, storage areas, housekeeping supplies, and assigned work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Work independently while collaborating with fellow Housekeeping team members and other hotel departments.
• Communicate room status, supply needs, and operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms while maintaining established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Support the Housekeeping team with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned based on hotel and operational needs.

Cleanliness, Safety & Standards

• Follow established hotel cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards.
• Use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain awareness of guest and team member safety while performing assigned duties.
• Promptly report maintenance concerns, damaged items, safety hazards, or unusual conditions discovered in guest rooms or hotel areas.
• Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of assigned guest rooms and work areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, cleaning, and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assigned responsibilities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Friendly and professional approach when interacting with guests and fellow team members.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned responsibilities efficiently and thoroughly.
• Ability to follow established cleaning, sanitation, safety, and guest service procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on hotel occupancy and business needs.
• Weekend availability is required.
