Description
Position: Partner Account Manager – Global AI Data Partnerships
Remote working policy: Fully remote, with office options in Paris or São Paulo
Employment type: Full-time/ Contract
Salary guide: Approximately €28,000–€46,000 annual base, plus commission.
Experience working at a data collection, annotation or labeling company is essential. Fully professional English is required.
About the company:
Our client is a Y Combinator-backed USA startup providing real-world training data to leading AI and robotics companies.
Its partners collect, label and quality-check the data used to help AI systems understand the physical world. You’ll work with an international network of these businesses, helping turn their capabilities into delivered projects and commercial opportunities.
About the role:
If you know the AI data industry and enjoy turning relationships into results, this role gives you a partner network to own and grow.
You’ll manage 20–50 data partners, understand their capabilities and activate the right capacity when new projects arise. One week that could mean finding specialist collection teams; another, expanding review capacity or negotiating a new dataset partnership.
You’ll work directly with the founders, bring market intelligence into commercial decisions and earn commission on revenue collected from the accounts you manage. The role combines relationship building, commercial negotiation and practical coordination across countries.
What you’ll get to build and influence:
Your Partner Network
- Own regular communication with partners through calls, WhatsApp and Slack
- Understand each partner’s workforce, locations, capabilities and availability
- Strengthen existing relationships and develop the network
- Keep partners informed about projects, opportunities and next steps
Capacity & Delivery
- Activate data collection, labeling and quality-review capacity against tight deadlines
- Match partner capabilities to project requirements
- Coordinate changes in collection priorities and identify capacity gaps early
- Work through practical constraints with partners and the internal team
Commercial Opportunities
- Develop deals, negotiate pricing and coordinate contracts and statements of work
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue within your accounts
- Explore partner participation in new dataset initiatives
- Bring relevant opportunities and market signals to the founders promptly
Tools & Organisation
- Maintain accurate partner, contact, capacity and deal information in the CRM
- Use AI agents for partner research, outreach preparation and follow-ups
- Keep clear ownership of next steps so opportunities continue moving
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in account management, partnerships or sales at a data collection, annotation or labeling company
- Familiarity with the industry’s companies, operating models and delivery challenges
- Evidence of growing accounts, developing partnerships or delivering commercial results
- Fully professional spoken and written English
- Confidence building relationships and leading partner calls
- Strong follow-through and an organised approach to managing multiple accounts
- Disciplined CRM use
- Daily use of AI agents for research, outreach or follow-up workflows
- The ability to act independently and communicate proactively when priorities change
Existing relationships with data partners across several countries would be particularly valuable. Experience running an always-on personal AI agent is a plus.
Why join our client?
- Work fully remotely from anywhere in the world
- Own a defined partner network and influence how it develops
- Earn commission on revenue collected from your accounts
- Work directly with the founders and an international AI data ecosystem
- Access frontier AI models and tools to support your work
- Apply your industry knowledge to varied data collection and robotics projects
Working environment:
This is a fast-moving startup where partner requirements can change quickly. You should enjoy frequent communication, practical problem-solving and keeping multiple relationships moving at once.
Application process:
- Initial application review focused on your accounts and results
- A first conversation about your experience and the opportunity
- A discussion with the partnerships lead, including a practical task based on the role
- The company states that a decision follows within 48 hours of the final assessment
Apply:
Please apply with your CV and LinkedIn profile, plus a short account of a relationship or deal you are proud of. Include what you personally did and the result.
