Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for maintaining preventative maintenance (PM) schedule, including generation, scheduling and completion and assisting the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler plan weekly maintenance scheduling workload for assigned location(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Under direction of the Maintenance Scheduler/ Planner, assist with scheduling maintenance work orders, maximizing efficiency and productivity
- Generate, schedule and validate completion of preventative maintenance, including Utilities, update PM chart upon completion
- Stage planned work daily, ensuring maintenance team members understand order of work
- Assist maintenance team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Strong computer skills with ability to prioritize information
- Must have exceptional communication, both verbal and written, in English; bi-lingual preferred
- Strong customer focus with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to appropriately handle situations and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment using excellent organizational skills and precise attention to detail
- Must possess a strong customer-centric attitude, high energy level and a strong sense of urgency
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

- Must wear personal protective equipment in all areas where mandatory
