We are looking for a Specialist – Talent Acquisition, Retail to deliver Retail hiring with pace, precision and strong judgement across a portfolio of stores. This individual contributor role is focused on executing high-quality end-to-end recruitment while helping create a more structured, proactive and consistent hiring experience for the retail business.

You will partner closely with Store Leaders to understand hiring needs, guide them through the process and support strong hiring decisions. You will play an active role in delivering excellent candidate experience, building strong talent slates and keeping searches moving with clarity, discipline and care.

This is an opportunity to be part of a more embedded and elevated Retail TA team - one that works more closely with the business, contributes more directly to hiring quality, and helps shape a more premium model for Retail hiring at On.

 

Your Story

You are a strong Talent Acquisition professional with experience in Retail or high-volume customer-facing hiring, and you take real pride in delivering a high-quality recruitment experience. You are organised, responsive and reliable, and you know how to manage hiring processes with pace, structure and professionalism.

You enjoy working closely with hiring managers and are building confidence in how you guide, advise and support them through the hiring process. You understand that great hiring is not just about speed - it is about strong candidates, thoughtful assessment and a consistent experience for everyone involved.

You are proactive in your approach, curious about the market and motivated to keep improving how you work. You are comfortable sourcing talent, managing multiple searches and keeping stakeholders aligned, while always maintaining a strong level of candidate care and attention to detail.

Your Mission

• Deliver end-to-end Retail hiring with a high level of executional excellence across your assigned store portfolio.
• Partner with Store Leaders to understand hiring needs, guide process steps clearly and support strong hiring decisions.
• Play an active role in key hiring moments, including interview activity, hiring days and store-focused talent initiatives.
• Build strong candidate slates through effective sourcing, screening and market awareness.
• Be present in stores often enough to understand the teams, environment and hiring context you are supporting, and to build real working relationships with your leaders.
• Use recruiting data to track progress, identify blockers and keep stakeholders informed with clarity and pace.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent experience for both candidates and hiring managers across every search.
• Follow structured TA processes with discipline, while contributing ideas that improve how Retail hiring is delivered.
• Continue building your capability in stakeholder management, assessment quality and proactive pipelining.

 

Business Partnership & In-Store Execution

This is a regionally embedded Talent Acquisition role designed to operate close to the retail business. Impact comes through strong day-to-day partnership with Store Leaders and active involvement in the key moments that shape hiring outcomes.

You are expected to know your store portfolio well, spend time with the people and environments you support, and show up in person when hiring activity, calibration or leader support requires it.

The role includes support across interview activity, hiring days, store opening support and talent pipelining. It is designed to strengthen execution, improve hiring quality and deliver a more consistent candidate and hiring manager experience across your stores.

• Managed a portfolio of requisitions with pace, structure and attention to detail.
• Built stronger local understanding of the store environments and hiring needs you support.
• Used data effectively to track progress and communicate updates clearly.

In 12 Months

• Operating with increased autonomy across junior and mid-level Retail searches.
• Stronger candidate slates and better-informed hiring conversations.
• Recognised by stakeholders as a dependable, commercially aware and high-quality hiring partner.
• Actively contributing to a more structured, consistent and premium Retail hiring model.

Operating with an embedded and hands-on mindset, we partner closely with Store Leaders to ensure we attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent who bring the Athlete and Positive Spirits to life on the retail floor.
