Production Technician (All Shifts Available)

Our Production team plays a critical role in safely manufacturing and packaging products that improve and save lives.
We are seeking Production Technicians who are dependable, quality-focused, and excited to work in a collaborative manufacturing environment where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued.
The Role
The Production Technician performs advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing operations supporting dispensing, formulation, aseptic filling, packaging, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and production support activities. This role works closely with Production leadership to maintain efficient, compliant, and reliable manufacturing operations while supporting continuous improvement and mentoring less experienced operators.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
- Operate automated manufacturing systems, including HMI and SCADA interfaces
- Review production documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Support investigations and process improvements
- Train and mentor Production Associates and newer Technicians
- Coordinate production activities to support manufacturing schedules
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain cGMP compliance throughout manufacturing operations
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Experience operating pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing equipment
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems (HMI/SCADA preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing
- Ability to mentor teammates and work cross-functionally
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
