Recovre’s Injury Management Consultants are experts at intervention with impeccable influencing skills that empower clients to be the hero of their own story. They do what it takes to help clients be safe, healthy, and productive at work.
We will count on you to:
Build trust with your client and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
Work on-site as the in-house Injury Manager with Australia’s leading manufacturing company
Oversee a portfolio of between 45 and 50 cases (non-billable)
Identify hurdles to return to work following illness or injury and collaborate to problem solve, plan and achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work and independence
Provide injury management and early intervention services including obtaining all relevant information and documentation from workers, the employer, treating doctors and other relevant professionals
Maintain a high level of customer service and excellent relationships with site supervisors, Employer Claims Team and injured workers to achieve positive outcomes
What you need to have:
Exceptional Case Management/Return-To-Work experience OR qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Provisional or Registered Psychologist, Social Worker, Chiropractor, Osteopath, or Registered Nurse
Resilience, time efficiency and adaptability to balance a considerable output with maintaining work/life balance
