Job Description:
The Process Design Consultant I serves as a strategic partner and transformation leader responsible for driving high-impact initiatives that improve workforce performance, operational efficiency, and service delivery outcomes across Client Services and RPO. This role leads the execution of complex business transformation efforts focused on workforce optimization, occupancy, shrinkage management, productivity improvement, and resource efficiency.
Working closely with senior business leaders, the consultant identifies opportunities, solves complex operational challenges, and translates strategic priorities into actionable plans that deliver measurable business results. Leveraging data-driven insights, process innovation, and disciplined program management, this role leads cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring sustainable outcomes and alignment with organizational objectives.
Success in this position requires strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, and the ability to develop compelling business cases and executive-level narratives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives, translating complex concepts into scalable solutions, and driving operational excellence through data, process improvement, and strategic execution.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize transformation opportunities that improve workforce efficiency and service performance
- Proactively bring forward innovative ideas and scalable solutions to address key challenges such as shrinkage, occupancy, and productivity
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and executable workstreams
- Lead deep-dive analyses and structured problem solving on complex or high-visibility business challenges
- Leverage data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights
- Build data-driven business cases that influence prioritization and investment decisions
- Deliver clear, compelling, executive-ready presentations that articulate the “so what” and “now what” of initiatives
- Influence senior leaders and stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and structured recommendations
- Communicate complex concepts in a simple, concise, and impactful way
Required Qualifications:
- Proven 2+ years’ experience leading programs or projects end-to-end, including ownership of scope, timelines, and outcomes
- 2+ years of demonstrated ability to encourage collaboration, connection and teamwork within and beyond his/her team
- Demonstrated experience analyzing data and building insights that influence leadership decisions
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders through clear, compelling storytelling
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive progress across competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate and influence across multiple levels and lines of business
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to build executive-ready materials and data-driven analyses
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience and strong knowledge of Client Services, Contact Center or Workforce Management environments
- Background in process design, transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives
