To support our Site Analytics & Optimisation team we are searching for a User Behaviour Analyst (f/m/d) to be based in our London office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Analyse end-to-end journeys, identifying patterns in how customers move through key product discovery, editorial content and purchase pathways
Segment behaviour to complement LTV modelling including high value cohorts, new visitors, first time buyers, as well as product category or brand adjacencies
Analyse cross-channel traffic behaviour across paid, organic, search and CRM journeys, understanding how acquisition source influences onsite engagement and conversion
Track repeat behaviour and multi-session journeys to better understand how customers move from discovery to purchase over time
Analyse product interaction behaviour across PDP engagement, wishlist, basket, saves and other onsite signals to identify how customers evaluate and progress products
Identify product affinity and co-view patterns, including what customers browse, save and purchase together across brands, categories and product types
Understand differences in behaviour between browsing customers and high-intent converters, identifying the signals that indicate purchase intent and customer value
Partner with Trading teams for behavioural insights that inform merchandising decisions, product presentation and onsite recommendations, while partnering with User Journey and Brand teams to deepen understanding of how content, campaigns and UX changes influence behaviour
WHO YOU ARE
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting digital behaviour and customer journeys within an ecommerce environment
Deep curiosity about how customers browse, engage and shop, with the ability to spot patterns, friction points and opportunities within complex behavioural data
Able to translate data into clear, commercially relevant insight and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working across large datasets and multiple behavioural data sources to build a complete picture of customer intent and journey performance
Strong understanding of digital funnel analysis, onsite engagement metrics and behavioural segmentation
Confident communicator, able to present findings clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders through evidence-led storytelling
Experience working with analytics and behavioural insight tools such as GA4, Contentsquare, Databricks, Snowplow, BigQuery or similar platforms preferred
