Description
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Implementer to join our CRM team.
The role includes:
- Implementing and customizing Salesforce processes based on business requirements.
- Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders across the organization to optimize workflows and ensure alignment.
- Managing permissions, providing user support and building reports and dashboards.
- Participating in cross-organizational projects to enhance and expand system functionality.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation (including Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
- Strong business and process understanding.
- Buniness Analysis experience
- Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports.
- Advantage: Experience with APIs, integrations, and complementary tools.
- Good command of English.
