Job Summary
As an Associate DLT Analyst (Graduate), you will support the design, evaluation, and implementation of blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT) initiatives across ADB. You will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, evaluate technology solutions, and contribute to digital innovation projects while developing your expertise in enterprise blockchain technologies.Job Description
We are looking for an Associate DLT Analyst (Graduate) who will support the Digital Innovation team in evaluating blockchain use cases and assisting with the planning and delivery of distributed ledger technology initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about emerging technologies, decentralized systems, and digital transformation, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, enterprise environment. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.
The ideal candidate has a strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn enterprise blockchain technologies. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to support innovation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Support stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements, identify opportunities, and define success metrics for blockchain initiatives
Assist in documenting current and future business processes, performing gap analysis, and defining key performance indicators
Contribute to cost-benefit analysis and delivery recommendations for blockchain proof of concepts and pilot projects
Prepare project documentation, technical requirements, and implementation roadmaps
Support requirements gathering sessions with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Assist in documenting functional and non-functional requirements for blockchain-enabled solutions
Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate distributed ledger technology architectures and technical solution options
Support the planning and coordination of blockchain and DLT pilot initiatives
Maintain blockchain resources and environments within the Digital Innovation Sandbox
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation projects and other technology initiatives as assigned
What You’ll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Recent graduate with limited professional experience and a strong interest in blockchain and distributed ledger technologies
Basic understanding of blockchain concepts, distributed systems, and enterprise technology solutions
Familiarity with banking systems and standards such as ISO 20022 is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment
Eagerness to learn emerging technologies and contribute to digital innovation initiatives
Preferred:
Internship or academic project experience in financial services, fintech, blockchain, or technology innovation
Basic understanding of cryptography, digital asset custody, or distributed systems
Knowledge of financial regulations or frameworks related to digital assets
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project collaboration tools
Proficiency in an additional language such as Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin
