What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete technical data in our systems, including updating such data as needed due to changes to engine manufacturers technical publications (EM, AMM, MPD, NMSBs, SBs, ADs, IPC, TLM, AMP etc.) and airlines and MRO records including transitions/handbacks.
  • Support AI model training, validation, and exception handling.
  • Define data labeling, classification, and quality rules.
  • Work with OCR, NLP, and document intelligence tools.
  • Identify automation opportunities in records review processes.
  • Support regulatory audits and customer data queries.

Position Qualifications:

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
  • Understanding of aircraft and engine technical records and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data sets
  • Familiarity with data quality management and validation
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and define data rules

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with OCR, NLP, or document intelligence tools
  • Exposure to AI or machine learning model training
  • Knowledge of aviation records standards (ATA, iSpec 2200, EASA)
  • Experience supporting audits in regulated environments
  • Strong analytical and process-improvement mindset

Regional Benefits:

  • Work in a safety-first environment where doing the right thing and keeping it simple are core principles.
  • Join a culture that values making a real difference through your work.
  • Thrive in a role that encourages integrity, accountability, resilience, and curiosity.
  • Collaborate and build relationships in a team-focused environment while also working independently.
  • Take initiative, lead, and make smart decisions with confidence and support.
  • Grow through continuous learning, openness to improvement, and exposure to challenging opportunities.

Our vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future. Our multi-year transformation programme aims to turn Rolls-Royce into a high-performing, competitive, resilient and growing company. Join us, and it can be your future vision too.

Rolls-Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.

As part of our selection process, candidates in certain locations may be asked to complete an online assessment, which can include cognitive and behavioural aptitude testing relevant to the role. If required, full instructions for the next steps will be provided.
