Deine Aufgaben

  • Überwachung des Leitstands der Lackieranlage

  • Erfassung und Analyse von Störungen sowie Auswertung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit

  • Begleitung und Bewertung vollautomatischer Lackierprozesse

  • Ursachenanalyse und Problemlösung bei Lackierfehlern

  • Durchführung von Nassbildkontrollen

  • Wartung und Betreuung der Applikationstechnik

  • Optimierung von Applikationsparametern bei Qualitätsabweichungen

  • Betreuung von Abmusterungen und Durchführung von Chargenfreigaben

  • Stellvertretende Betreuung des Bereichs Lackvorbereitung

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, in den Bereichen:

  • Lackierung
    Anlagenbediener
    Technische Ausbildungsberufe

  • praktische Erfahrung in der Industrielackierung und Grundlagenkenntnisse der gängigen Applikationstechnik

  • Du verfügst über eine gute Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
