Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager or Supervisor, this position executes and administers a coordinated lean supply support system designed to operate efficiently and meet the needs of clinical areas throughout The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC). The role is responsible for stocking and managing supply inventory levels within assigned clinical departments to ensure product availability and support patient care operations.
Serves as the primary liaison between the Distribution & Logistics team and clinical departments, facilitating effective communication and resolving supply-related issues. Maintains accurate records related to requisitions, delivery verification, invoice price confirmation, back orders, implant pricing, and other supply chain activities. Ensures accurate tracking and documentation of supply data, including manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, product recalls, lot numbers, and back-order information.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Buckeye Bin (two-bin Kanban system) and PAR replenishment processes to support efficient inventory management and product availability. Maintains all required documentation to ensure accurate ordering and replenishment of supplies while adhering to established procedures and compliance requirements.
We are currently hiring for a first-shift position, working Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. We are also hiring for a weekday first shift position, working Monday - Thursday.

Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED and one (1) year of relevant experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics, healthcare materials management, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage inventory effectively, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams. Experience supporting replenishment systems, tracking supply utilization, and ensuring product availability in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
