About the Role: A medical billing company in Brooklyn is looking for a Credentialing Oversight Specialist to manage quality control for a high-volume provider enrollment process, handling around 50 to 60 new enrollment requests daily. The hands-on execution is handled by an offshore team, so this role is focused on oversight, accuracy, and catching what needs attention — a great fit for someone with real credentialing experience who can step in and start contributing right away.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversight & Quality Control
- Oversee a high-volume provider enrollment operation, reviewing around 50–60 new enrollment requests daily
- Provide quality control and oversight for work completed by an offshore execution team
- Review applications and immediately assess status and next steps
Process & Tools
- Work within internal tools (ClickUp, statuses, tags) to track and manage enrollment progress
Qualifications
- 2+ years of credentialing experience required, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances like BCBS
- Managerial experience not required
