What you will be doing:
• Evaluate customer claims after invoicing (such as weight discrepancies, service errors, price mismatches, etc.)
• Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct necessary investigations and control processes
• Track and finalize approval processes for identified discrepancies
• Ensure collection of credit notes / return invoices from customers in line with approved cases and record them in compliance with accounting procedures
• Ensure all processes are completed accurately and within the defined timelines
• Prepare reports when required and provide recommendations for process improvements.

What do you bring with you:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong computer literacy
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Sufficient level of English (both written and spoken)
