- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for community initiatives, including workshops, research projects, and collaborative programs.
- Manage timelines, priorities, resources, and dependencies using project management tools such as Asana.
- Build and optimize workflows, documentation, and processes to ensure initiatives run efficiently.
- Maintain project dashboards and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and community performance.
- Ensure projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with business goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture community members across different regions and creative backgrounds.
- Drive daily engagement across community platforms by creating conversations, sharing opportunities, and highlighting member
- achievements.
- Manage and grow communities across channels such as Slack, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Create newsletters and community communications using tools like Mailchimp.
- Design and manage surveys, gather insights, and translate community feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Support and advocate for community members by tracking their growth, skills, availability, and project experience.
- Maintain talent databases and ensure accurate documentation of member profiles and contributions.
- Identify opportunities to connect talent with relevant projects and initiatives.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to community members to help them achieve their goals.
- Help ensure contributors are prepared, engaged, and successful throughout projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate community-driven initiatives.
- Support client-facing community activities when needed.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, agreements, payments, and logistics for international contributors.
- Act as a key point of contact between community members and internal stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in community management, project management, operations, or similar roles.
- Experience managing online communities, creative networks, talent programs, or startup environments.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create structured workflows, documentation, and repeatable processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships, understand community needs, and create meaningful engagement.
- Comfortable working with remote and international teams.
- Experience working with creative communities, creators, artists, or digital talent.
- Background in talent management, creator development, coaching, or community building.
- Experience managing newsletters, surveys, and community analytics using tools like Mailchimp or Typeform.
- Experience maintaining talent databases, CRM systems, or community platforms.
- Familiarity with social media strategy and content creation.
- Experience participating in client meetings or presenting community insights and capabilities.
- Creative background or firsthand experience as a maker/creator.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, aligned with the Pacific Time Zone (US)
Monthly Compensation: USD $1,150
Location: 100% remote opportunity
