The Opportunity

As a Quality Technician –2nd shift Production Quality, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring our products meet customer specifications while helping strengthen processes across the plant.
In this role, you will be close to the work inspecting products, analyzing data, and partnering with operations to identify root causes and drive improvement. Your contributions will directly support safe, efficient production and a positive customer experience. By reinforcing standardized processes and supporting training across shifts, you will help create consistency, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Perform product inspections at multiple stages of the manufacturing process.
Inspect units prior to customer final inspection.
Identify root causes and close Quality Notifications (QNs).
Support customer issue resolution and wrap-up meeting actions.
Create, communicate, and maintain quality alerts.
Assist with procedure reviews, audits, and CCRP action items.
Verify adherence to standardized processes and work instructions.
Support training efforts to promote safety, quality, and consistency across shifts.
Your Background
Experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused environment preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills with willingness to learn Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze issues and support root cause problem-solving.
Comfort working collaboratively across teams and shifts.
Commitment to safe work practices and high-quality standards.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
