Wages
$65,000 to $85,000
* This position offers an hourly wage plus performance-based commission.

Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development: Identify and qualify leads for new machines or parts and service, collaborating with and forwarding opportunities to our outside sales teams.
- Promote Dealership Solutions: Champion all aspects of the dealership by selling machines, parts, service, labor, and customer service agreements.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a consistent call cycle, striving for a minimum of 120 calls per week to connect with and support your customers.
Account Management: Proactively manage and qualify an account base in assigned territories, primarily using the telephone to update customer information and develop strong relationships.
Needs Analysis: Uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Data Integrity: Meticulously maintain an accurate customer account database and machine population to support targeted sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications

- Spanish fluency is required for this role.
A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, along with two to three years of business-to-business sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience..
