Continuous Learning: Actively participate in paid company training programs to expand your mechanical and diagnostic skill set.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of entry-level diesel, automotive, or heavy-equipment repair experience (vocational/technical schooling counts!).
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy and a strong willingness to learn advanced diagnostic software.
Safety First: Working knowledge of basic safety standards (DOT, OSHA, and personal protective equipment).
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required. Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred, or willingness to obtain one within six (6) months (assistance provided).

Growth Mindset: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance for night shift, and a drive to build a long-term mechanical career.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Physical Effort: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs as needed.
Vision & Focus: Close, distance, color, and depth-perception vision required to inspect complex components and operate equipment safely.
