Box Truck Delivery Driver (16' Box Truck)

Are you an experienced driver who takes pride in being dependable, professional, and on time? Brandpoint is looking for a Box Truck Delivery Driver to join our growing Fixtures & Merchandising team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our field installation teams have the materials they need to successfully complete retail fixture and merchandising projects across the region.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a 16-foot box truck in a variety of driving environments, including urban areas, shopping centers, construction sites, and confined loading zones.
• Pick up fixture materials, displays, tools, and project supplies from designated warehouses.
• Deliver materials to job sites according to scheduled timelines.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and handled professionally.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining product quality and safety.
• Communicate with project managers and field teams regarding delivery status and any issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained company vehicle.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safe driving practices.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must pass an MVR review).
• Experience operating a 16-foot box truck required.
• Ability to confidently maneuver large vehicles in city traffic, tight parking lots, loading docks, and other challenging environments.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Load and unload trucks throughout the workday.
• Stand, bend, push, pull, and climb in and out of the truck regularly.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
