Your day at Ferring - Tasks where you are accountable
We are looking for a Senior Clinical Trial Supply Manager to ensure the timely and successful delivery of clinical trial supply to Ferring’s global development programs. In this role, you will lead supply strategy and execution for complex clinical trials, working closely with stakeholders across Clinical Development, CMC, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and external partners.

As a senior member of the team, you will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance and supply continuity, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing development of our Clinical Trial Supply function.

Your tasks will be:

• Lead Clinical Trial Supply Management for complex global clinical programs, ensuring robust supply strategies and successful trial execution.

• Plan and deliver end-to-end clinical trial supply activities for Phase I–IV trials, including forecasting, sourcing, packaging, labelling, distribution, accountability, and destruction.

• Act as the Clinical Trial Supply representative in cross-functional teams, driving alignment across Clinical Development, CMC, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners.

• Manage suppliers and CMOs, including selection, contract oversight, performance management, and budget responsibility.

• Ensure GxP-compliant execution through effective documentation, risk management, and oversight of key clinical supply records and systems.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, provide subject matter expertise, and mentor colleagues to support capability building.

We are looking for an experienced profile with a strong background in Clinical Trial Supply.
 

We expect that you have:

• Solid (more than 5 years’) clinical trial supply experience from the pharmaceutical industry.

• Thorough knowledge of clinical trial operations, including drug development processes and regulatory requirements (GMP, GDP, GCP).

• A proven ability to lead trial supply on large and complex projects independently.

• Experience with supplier/CMO management and ownership of project-level budgets.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different people and across cross-functional teams.

• A proactive, flexible and improvement-minded approach.

• An MSc in pharmaceutical or other relevant natural sciences.
