Description
This position will sustain and improve product die yield for semiconductor manufacturing processes by ensuring equipment and processes are optimized, monitored, controlled, and reliable.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sustain current processes to achieve die yield goals. Monitor current processes to ensure process complies with necessary parameters and provides a base line for any necessary process enhancements.
Drive manufacturing to improve yields by improving electrical distributions and levels of defectivity.
Coordinate work with customers and internal manufacturing to improve die yield and reliability.
Manage new product introduction and production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to production.
Interface with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to solve product issues and production problems.
Develop and sustain process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or other closely related field required
3-5 years’ directly related experience preferred but will consider a strong recent college graduate.
Significant knowledge of CMOS, DMOS, Bipolar, and Discrete semiconductor devices
Skills in problem solving, organization, and statistical analysis
Experience with yield analysis and data-driven decision making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions
Experience interacting with customers or supporting customer technical discussions is a plus

What We Offer
Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $90,000-$127,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
