Description

Welcome to Haleon. We’re a purpose-driven, world-class consumer company putting everyday health in the hands of millions. In just three years since our launch, we’ve grown, evolved and are now entering an exciting new chapter – one filled with bold ambitions and enormous opportunity.

Our trusted portfolio of brands – including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum® – lead in resilient and growing categories. What sets us apart is our unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.

Now it’s time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people. We do this through our Win as One strategy. It puts our purpose – to deliver better everyday health with humanity – at the heart of everything we do. It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.

We’re looking for a Business Process Expert to join Haleon’s Enterprise Transformation Program — a multi-year journey focused on building an organization wired for excellence, enabling our Win as One strategy and supporting sustainable growth through continuous improvement.

Enabled through SAP S/4HANA, this role will focus on Make processes within the Forecast to Fulfil end-to-end scope. You will partner with Business Process Owners, site teams and cross-functional stakeholders to design, govern and continuously improve manufacturing-related business processes across production planning, detailed scheduling, manufacturing execution, maintenance, quality, supply chain and logistics interfaces.

You’ll be part of a transformation that strengthens the heartbeat of our business — helping Haleon become more agile, efficient and innovative. If you enjoy connecting strategy with execution, improving how work gets done in manufacturing environments, and supporting teams through change, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Shape, measure and continuously improve process elements to deliver measurable business value.
  • Partner with the Business Process Owner and other Business Process Experts to manage current processes and define the future end-to-end process vision and roadmap.
  • Ensure Make process design aligns with the Forecast to Fulfil scope, including Make, Quality and Deliver, as well as site operational requirements across production, engineering/maintenance, quality and supply chain.
  • Facilitate design workshops with site SMEs and functional teams to capture requirements, gather feedback and align stakeholders on design recommendations.
  • Support the design of manufacturing-related processes such as production/process order lifecycle, finite scheduling and sequencing, shop floor execution and confirmations, material consumption and traceability, downtime capture, maintenance work management and equipment master data impacts.
  • Document “to-be” processes and support the assessment of “as-is” processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, duplication and opportunities for improvement.
  • Bring forward Make-specific design decisions, including standard vs site-variant execution flows, MES adoption boundaries, automation/OT integration patterns and maintenance process standardization.
  • Coordinate dependencies across SAP, MES and OT/automation layers, including SCADA, PLC, sensors and signals, ensuring alignment with site deployment waves and cutover approach.
  • Support readiness for delivery by identifying gaps, proposing solutions and working with Change, Training and Adoption teams to support successful implementation.
  • Help manage transition phases by defining interim ways of working, supporting business continuity and minimizing disruption to live manufacturing operations.
  • Build strong relationships with Site Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering/Maintenance, IT and OT/Automation teams.
  • Translate between operational and technical/system language to ensure shared understanding across business and technology stakeholders.

Why join us?

  • Attractive salary: base salary from 4,280 EUR/month + 13th salary (DMP) + annual bonus + other benefits.
  • Premium benefits: supplementary pension contribution, interest-free employee loan and free toothpaste packages — all of which make our offer exceptional.
  • Health and well-being care: preventive health care program, rich leisure activities, lunch and dinner from just EUR 0.66, plus a monthly credit for drinks and various snacks.

  • Working knowledge of the manufacturing technology stack, including SAP, MES, SCADA, PLC and connectivity down to sensors/signals, with an understanding of how events and data support business processes and reporting.
  • Experience working in complex, global organizations, ideally within Consumer Health and/or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to map complex processes, identify inefficiencies and translate insights into practical improvements.

  • Confidence with process modelling, data analysis tools and automation technologies.
  • Project management capability, including planning, tracking and executing process improvement or transformation initiatives end-to-end.
