RotatingOverview:
Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, in Williamsburg, VA, is currently seeking a Patient Transporter to join our team. This is a Flexi/PRN position with rotating shifts.
Hours
Flexi/PRN, approximately 8 hours per week minimum
Rotating shifts, with potential shift times between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Sunday through Saturday, based on departmental needs
Additional hours may be available to cover staffing, as needed
Overview
Safely escorts and transports patients within all areas of the hospital using safe body mechanics. Strictly adheres to all safety rules and initiatives of Sentara. Communicates clearly with all staff, visitors, and patients. Ensures adequate communication of information between central transport and other departments.
Education
High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)

Experience
Previous patient care experience (Strongly Preferred)
