Senior Content and Social Media Specialist (16 months contract)

Shape the conversation around one of Canada's most recognizable brands. HelloFresh is seeking a content leader to advance the brand's strategic initiatives and shape its comprehensive content strategy. The individual in this position will oversee social media and content strategy, generating culturally relevant, social-first content to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and consumer demand. By identifying industry trends, content creators, and emerging opportunities, the individual will develop content across organic and paid channels. Functioning as a strategist, creator, and marketer, the individual will optimize scalable content throughout the marketing funnel to drive measurable business results through narrative storytelling and precise execution.

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for

• Own the organic social strategy, content calendar, and channel management for HelloFresh and Chefs Plate. Consult on content strategy and creative direction for Factor Canada.
• Manage the external content creation and community management agency, including briefing, approvals, timelines, and performance.
• Identify and champion cultural trends, platform innovations, and creator opportunities to keep brands relevant and engaging.
• Partner with internal teams, external creators and influencers to develop and execute social-first content that supports brand campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and key marketing initiatives.
• Test and develop high-performing organic content that can be repurposed for paid social channels, creating scalable middle and lower funnel assets that improve campaign performance and acquisition efficiency.
• Build, manage, and optimize campaign structures, audiences, and ad sets within social media platforms to support integrated brand and demand generation campaigns.
• Measure and report on content performance, using data and insights to optimize future content and channel strategies.
• All other duties, as assigned

• 3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital brand marketing.
• Proven  first hand experience developing and executing social-first content strategies.
• Experience managing external agencies, creators, or production partners.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and community management.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience using Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other major social media business platforms to manage content, audiences, advertising, campaign optimizations and reporting.
