The role holder supports Service Operations by coordinating field support activities, maintaining operational records, preparing reports and dashboards, supporting process governance, and ensuring timely follow-up of operational activities. The role works closely with field teams, supervisors, customers, and internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and service performance.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Support field operations through coordination, follow-up, and process administration.
- Maintain operational trackers, records, and documentation.
- Prepare and distribute operational reports, KPI reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Support customer communication requirements, appointments, and reporting activities.
- Monitor pending actions, operational KPIs, and business processes to support timely completion.
- Support timesheet validation, compliance monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors, finance, sales, and field teams to support operational requirements.
- Maintain data accuracy and support system updates.
- Participate in process improvement, reporting enhancement, and automation initiatives.
- Support regional projects related to service operations, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement.
Self-Management
- Work with the reporting manager to establish and achieve performance objectives.
- Identify development needs and participate in relevant training opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.
- Keep abreast of business processes, technologies, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Years of Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations support, service coordination, reporting, administration, or related functions.
Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting service or field operations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in reporting, KPI tracking, dashboard preparation, and process coordination.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with operational systems, digital tools, and reporting platforms is an advantage.
Language Skills
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Arabic is an advantage..
