Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Must have skills : Microsoft Intune
Good to have skills : Apple macOS Management

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will resolve incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability. Your typical day will involve creating and implementing Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness, and collaborating with vendors to assist service management teams in analyzing and resolving issues. You will play a crucial role in maintaining seamless operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apple macOS Management.
- Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools.
- Experience in creating and maintaining knowledge base articles.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
