Description
- Company: Automation/capital equipment manufacturer in the Midwest.
- Team: Manage a 15-person field service organization (advisors + technicians)
- Role: Lead field service operations, grow the aftermarket business, oversee installations, service, PM agreements, and customer support. Opportunity to own part of the aftermarket P&L.
- Background: Field service leadership in automation, packaging, food processing, robotics, or similar capital equipment. Strong electrical/controls or mechanical knowledge. Rockwell PLC experience preferred.
- Location: MN (2 days/week in office if not based close to HQ). 10–20% travel. Relocation available.
- Compensation: $90K–130K base
