THE JOB:

As a Credit Clerk at MGM National Harbor, you’ll be the sharp eye behind the scenes—detecting risk, uncovering insights, and helping protect the business. If you’re analytical, detail-driven, and love solving puzzles, this is your chance to make an impact where it matters most.
THE SCHEDULE: 5:00pm - 1:45am (Tue/Wed Off)
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Identify and analyze suspicious financial activity, including potential money laundering and Title 31 violations
Support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reporting and regulatory compliance efforts
Perform public records research to evaluate patron financial background and risk factors
Utilize tools such as LexisNexis and World-Check to analyze patron data
Prepare detailed reports and investigation summaries for leadership
Assist in the preparation and filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
Create compliance packets to support monthly regulatory agendas
Review wire transfers and check processing to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
Partner with internal departments to gather information and support investigations
Conduct and review Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations, providing detailed analysis and documentation
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 21 years of age
1+ year of relevant experience

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$23.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
