As part of the Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) Industry practice, you’ll work with leading CPG clients across the globe across the entire value chain.

• Work with clients across multiple geographies and functional areas, focusing on Sales & Marketing, Digital & E-commerce, Supply Chain Planning, Strategic Cost Reduction, Agribusiness, and Process Transformation.

• Advise clients in accelerating sales and profit growth, expanding into new markets/categories, and achieving operational excellence.

• Combine deep industry experience with rigorous fact-based analysis and market-relevant insights to plan and execute strategies that deliver measurable results.

📍 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. You must have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in the Consumer Goods & Services Industry or Consulting Firms. Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory to work effectively with global clients.

We will be glad to interview you if you have deep experience in one or more of the following capabilities:

DIGITAL MARKETING & E-COMMERCE: Expertise in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Brand Management domains within a Consumer Goods context. Deep understanding of Digital Media & Advertising Assets (Social, Search, GDN, Website, Video).

MARKETING PLATFORMS & TOOLS: Functional knowledge of Campaign Management, Content Management platforms (CDP, CMSs like Adobe Experience Manager), Marketing Automation & Programmatic Media Buying (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, GMP stack), and SEO/SEM tools.

DIGITAL ANALYTICS: Hands-on knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Adobe Analytics, etc.).

📍 KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Excellent PowerPoint skills for structuring presentations and strategic deliverables

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical deliverables and meeting deadlines

• Experience delivering work within a large, heavily matrixed company environment

• Desire to learn with a strong growth mindset
