What you'll do...
Role summary:The Director, Technical Program Management leads the planning and execution of complex, large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and business areas. This role drives strategic decision-making, manages cross-functional dependencies, and mentors team members to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. By leveraging technical expertise and program management best practices, the director optimizes workflows, mitigates risks, and fosters effective stakeholder communication. This position is critical in advancing technology initiatives that support business objectives while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence within a dynamic environment.

Our focus remains on aligning priorities, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication to achieve impactful outcomes across various programs and initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage large-scale technical programs, defining goals, critical paths, and key deliverables across multiple teams and dependencies.
- Drive end-to-end system solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical architecture standards.
- Identify and resolve program risks, dependencies, and resource constraints to maintain delivery timelines & quality outcomes.
- Establish and improve scalable workflows, automation, & processes to enhance engineering team efficiency and velocity.
- Engage stakeholders to secure buy-in, align priorities, & communicate program status using data-driven insights.
- Mentor team members on program management best practices, technical design, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience leveraging GenAI & advanced analytics to improve planning, automate workflows & accelerate decision-making
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and delivery of large-scale technical programs.
- Strong expertise in technical design, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure to guide end-to-end technology solutions.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and align stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
- Skilled in driving process improvements, automation, and scalable workflows to enhance engineering team efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and mentor teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making and impact analysis experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
