Description
Your missions
The CAM is the interface between the different partners which are the Aircraft Manufacturer and the clients (buyers of the aircraft), at the following level:
Technical : airframe, engine, systems etc
Commercial: cabin equipment
Aircraft delivery Activities:
Ensures the reception of the clients
Leads the different presentation or inspection visits
Takes into accounts and handles the remarks made by the clients on the QLB (Quality LogBook)
Negotiate with the clients and/or partners
Transmits the client remarks written in the QLB to the production group checks the conformity of the partner action and monitors the progress Takes part to technical meetings with the clients and the design office
Sends the invitations for the clients visits
Seeks for solutions concerning QLB open points while collaborating with the differents partners and design office
Ensures some checks and controls by delegation of the client
Updates the database used by the Work Package Manager Reporting lines and functional connections:
Operational supervisor: CAM Leader Backup and CAM Leader Internal & external functional connections: client , design office
Your profile
Training - experience:
- Bachelor level with aeronautical specialization or military training is a plus.
- Intercultural training is a plus
- 10 to 15 years of experience in aeronautical environment
Related knowledge:
- Fluent Technical English level ,German/French is plus
- Deep knowledge of aeronautical environment
- Deep technological aeronautical knowledge (aerodynamic and flight mechanics, general technology, structure, aircraft systems, flight instruments and electrical installations)
- Good knowledge of internal procedures and of the clients procedures
- Good knowledge of international relations
- Good computer skills
- Knowledge of SAP
Know-how:
- Apply internal processes and the client processes Provide a quality service
- Know the different steps of an aircraft construction
- Know the documents linked with this position
- Follow the indicators linked with the construction progress
- Keep a good relationship with the clients
- Answer to the clients requests (Airbus and airlines)
- Detect and communicate any malfunction to the clients and Airbus Quality
