- 영업팀과 협력하여 고객에게 전반적인 Datadog 가치 제안, 비전 및 전략을 명확하게 전달
- 경쟁력 있는 지식, 기술력 및 신뢰를 구축하기 위해 지속적으로 새로운 기술을 학습
- 잠재 고객을 대상으로 제품 및 기술 프레젠테이션 제공
- 제품 팀과 직접 소통하여 기능 요청에 대해 협업
- 고객의 제품 온보딩을 돕고 장애물이 있을 때 지원
- 사전 판매 수명 주기 동안 다양한 기술적 과제에 대해 창의적으로 생각
자격 요건
- DevOps 모니터링 또는 아키텍처 도구에 대한 지식과 경험이 풍부
- 외부 고객 또는 내부 팀에게 기술 프레젠테이션/데모를 편안하고 자신감 있게 전달 가능한 분
- 다양한 과제에 대해 창의적으로 사고할 수 있으며, 매일 새로운 것을 발견할 수 있는 분
- Windows 또는 Linux 시스템 관리 경험
- 클라이언트 사이트를 오가며 최대 4시간 동안 앉아있을 수 있는 분
- 자동차, 기차 또는 항공으로 최대 25%까지 이동 가능한 분
