The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.

## The impact you’ll make

The Business Operations Analyst 4 is a strategic partner to China DFS Operations leadership, responsible for workforce planning, business analytics, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.

This role drives data-driven decision making, cross-functional alignment, resource optimization, and continuous improvement to support business growth and operational success.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across DFS, AT, SOM, HR, Finance, and Global Operations to deliver actionable insights, improve processes, and enhance organizational performance.

## What you’ll do

• Lead workforce planning, ramp readiness, and resource optimization activities.
• Develop business analytics, dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive reviews.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic business objectives.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional leadership.
• Manage and lead high-impact projects supporting operational transformation.

## Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, workforce planning, or program management.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

## Preferred qualifications

• Direct experience in Lam products or operations, familiar with Lam software, such as WAFER, WAFER Scheduling, SAP, etc
• Semiconductor industry experience.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power Platform, AI tools, and process automation.
• Experience with workforce planning, operational governance, and continuous improvement programs.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
