What You’ll Do
- Clean and prepare 16 to 18 guest rooms per day within an 8-hour shift, following the Hotel Housekeeping Guidelines and maintaining high standards.
- Ensure guest rooms are spotless, well-arranged, and fully stocked.
- Deliver top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with care.
- Perform routine checks on fixtures, televisions, radios, and heating/cooling equipment to confirm they are in proper working order.
- Adjust heating/cooling settings and radios for guest comfort.
- Identify and report maintenance issues to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6 months related experience and / or training.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
